This GLX-F20-10PK fuse kit is intended for select Hayward Goldline and Aqua Rite salt chlorine generator models. Commonly listed compatible systems may include AQ-RITE, AQ-RITE-XL, AQ-TROL-RJ, AQ-TROL-HP, AQ-TROL-RJ-TL, and AQ-TROL-HP-TL, but compatibility should always be confirmed with your existing unit.

If the control unit itself is damaged or no longer responding, the Hayward GLX-CTL-TR-RJ control unit may be a related part to inspect separately from the fuse kit.

Electrical Safety and Replacement Tips

Always turn off power at the breaker and disconnect the system before inspecting or replacing a fuse. Do not replace the fuse while the salt chlorine generator is powered on.

Use only the correct amp rating and fuse type recommended for your system. Replacing a slow-blow fuse with the wrong fuse style or amperage can cause unsafe operation or further electrical damage.

If the fuse holder is cracked, loose, corroded, or burned, the Hayward GLX-FUSE-20 fuse holder replacement kit may need to be checked before installing new fuses.

When to Replace the Fuse

A fuse may need replacement if the salt chlorine generator does not power on, the control panel is unresponsive, or inspection shows a blown fuse. However, a fuse usually blows for a reason, so the rest of the electrical system should be checked if the problem repeats.
