Hayward Aqua Rite System AQR15 + Salt Water Magic Chemical Kit

The Hayward Aqua Rite System AQR15 is an electronic chlorine generator (saltwater chlorinator) that produces chlorine from salt to help sanitize your swimming pool. It is designed to be used with the Salt Water Magic Chemical Kit.

The system works by passing saltwater through a set of electrodes, which uses electrolysis to break down the salt and produce chlorine. The chlorine then circulates throughout the pool, helping to keep it clean and safe.

The Salt Water Magic Chemical kit includes two 2-pound containers of the Salt Water Magic formula, a chlorinator cell, and a pH reducer.

The chlorine cell should be replaced every 3-4 months, or when the indicator light on the control panel indicates that it needs to be changed.

The best type of salt to use for your Aqua Rite system is a high-grade, food-grade sodium chloride, such as Solar Salt, Diamond Crystal, and Morton's. Avoid using rock salt, as it can damage the chlorine cell.
